Qraeit Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Qraeit. Please review our shipping guidelines before placing your order.

1. Store Pickup (Calgary Only)

During our soft launching period, Qraeit offers store pickup only within Calgary.
We appreciate your understanding as we finalize our nationwide shipping service.

Store pickup is available at the following A-Mart locations:

A-Mart North
A-Mart South
A-Mart Downtown

Pickup Timeline:
Your order will be ready for pickup in 1–2 business days, depending on in-store inventory availability.
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

2. Home Delivery (Launching Soon)

Home delivery will be introduced after the soft launching period.

Once available, the following policy will apply:

Shipping Fee: Calculated by total order weight at checkout.
Delivery Timeline: Estimated 5–7 business days within Canada.

More detailed shipping regions and fees will be announced upon the full launch.

3. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
